Ecological Station Waldviertel

Waldviertel Ecological Station is the youngest department of the Institute, situated in Lower Austria and surrounded by ponds. Our emphases are aquaculture in carp ponds and recirculation aquaculture systems, as well as implementing the EU Water Framework Directive.
