Electrofishing Course

Course content: Introduction to electrofishing, electricity theory, first aid, effect of electric current on fish, electrofishing in practice, theoretical + practical implementation of an electrofishing, equipment knowledge and preparation for trips, fish keeping and transport, recognition of fish species, legal basis in state laws, safety, stock calculation.

When taking part in the course, please bring the following items with you:

  • Waders or wading boots
  • Rubber boots
  • Pole goggles (if available)
  • Rainwear
  • Spare clothing for fishing
  • Pocket knife or multitool
  • Writing utensils
  • Pocket calculator
  • Ruler
  • Slippers
